1. Services Provided

PilotPrep Pro offers private and group tuition services, exam preparation, and study support for aviation-related theoretical subjects, including but not limited to ATPL, CPL, IR and associated courses.

PilotPrep Pro may also provide supplementary services such as workshops, webinars and mentoring sessions, either live or pre-recorded.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have a parent or legal guardian’s explicit permission to use our services.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking or registration process.

By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must align with the following:

• All bookings must be made through the booking form available on our website or arranged directly through a PilotPrep Pro tutor or representative, who will book the session on the client’s behalf.
• Clients who purchase a block of sessions (“Block Booking”) must use all sessions within the validity period stated for that package at the time of purchase. Where no package-specific validity period is stated, the Block Booking will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any package-specific validity period shown on the website, booking page, invoice or written confirmation forms part of the agreement and takes precedence over the general 6-month period.

All payments must align with the following:

• Payment must be completed at the time of booking via the methods provided.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms, including the cancellation and rescheduling provisions in Section 6.
• PilotPrep Pro may offer a money-back guarantee for your first individual session only if specified on our website or in written communication at the time of booking. Where applicable, if you are not satisfied with the service provided in this first session, you may be entitled to a full refund for that session only. This guarantee, if offered, does not apply to Block Bookings unless explicitly stated.

4. Sale of Notes and Digital Content

PilotPrep Pro may offer study notes, question banks, recordings, or other learning materials for purchase in digital or physical format. The sale of these materials is subject to the following conditions:

• Digital materials are provided electronically, and access is granted as soon as reasonably practicable after purchase. Once access has been granted, digital materials are non-refundable.
• The right to cancel does not apply to personalised or customised physical materials.
• Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

5. Referral Discount

A referral discount may be offered, with the following considerations:

• PilotPrep Pro may generate a discount code for the client, which can be applied to eligible products or services such as Block Bookings, as specified by PilotPrep Pro at the time of issue.
• The discount will typically be a percentage reduction on the original price, as stated in the offer.
• The discount is only applicable if the referred client purchases a qualifying class, Block Booking or product, as specified by the terms of the referral offer.
• Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are permitted, subject to the following restrictions:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session fee and/or deduction of the session from a Block Booking.
• PilotPrep Pro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and offered an alternative session or a refund for the affected session.

7. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property

By booking a session with PilotPrep Pro, you agree to the following:

• Any materials provided during or in connection with sessions, such as notes, presentations, question banks, recordings or study guides, are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or make available these materials to any third party without the explicit prior written permission of PilotPrep Pro.
• All intellectual property, including logos, content, branding, course structures and teaching materials, remains the property of PilotPrep Pro or its licensors.

8. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally with instructors, staff and other users.
• Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• Refrain from actions that disrupt or harm our operations, our reputation, our systems or other users, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our platforms or materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• PilotPrep Pro is not responsible for any outcomes, including exam results, licensing decisions, hiring decisions or career progression, related to the use of our services.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, PilotPrep Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services or materials.
• While our tutors and contributors strive for accuracy and currency of information, minor discrepancies may occur, and you remain responsible for verifying information against official and up-to-date regulatory and training sources.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. Our Privacy Policy will be made available on our website or provided to you upon request.

11. Changes to Services and Terms

PilotPrep Pro reserves the right to update or modify our services and these Terms at any time.

Where changes are significant, we will endeavour to notify users through our website, learning platform or email.

Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Member State in which PilotPrep Pro is established.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer law.
